Tri-Service Memo Updates MOSA Guidance

DoD is directing service acquisition executives to update MOSA guidance to reflect recent changes mandated by Congress.

The DoD guidance is outlined in a December 17, 2024 memorandum requiring the services to identify and report out on MOSA activities that are shared, under development, or being transitioned.
